Ayurveda is a traditional natural medicine practiced in India over the past 5000 years, transmitted orally from teacher to disciple. Ayurveda is a natural-based medicine that personalises the healing process and approaches each individual in a unique way.This holistic medicine does not treat the disease or the symptoms, but the whole person in a holistic way, where the individual is guided  into a healthier lifestyle. 

 

The Ayurvedic sessions are intended to help you modify your eating habits, incorporate healthy foods, support you during the process of breaking old habits, bring awareness to your daily activities and choices, give you tools for stress management or simply change you perspective towards food...
